(A) Upon inoculation of the dog or cat, the veterinarian shall complete and issue to the owner or person in possession and control of the animal a rabies vaccination registration certificate and a tag for each year in which the vaccine is effective and instruct the owner to register his or her animal at the County Animal Control office.
(B) The veterinarian shall mail or deliver to the County Treasurer or his or her designated agent prior to or at the end of each calendar month following inoculation and registration two duplicate copies of each rabies vaccination registration certificate and the fees collected, as specified in § 90.019.
