All operators of solid waste disposal facilities shall make quarterly reports and fee payments based upon the quantity of solid waste reported in the quarterly solid waste summary. This quarterly report is due on September 15, December 15, March 15 and June 15 of each calendar year and shall be in the form prescribed by the State Environmental Protection Agency under the provisions of the State Solid Waste Management Act.
