For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
SOLID WASTE. Demolition materials, food and industrial processing waste, garden trash, land clearing wastes, mixed refuse, non-combustible refuse, rubbish and trash, as those terms are defined in §§ 3.01 through 3.06 of the Solid Waste Disposal District Act (ILCS Ch. 70, Act 3105, §§ 3.01 through 3.06).
SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL FACILITY. Any facility in which solid waste is disposed.
