(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any rule and regulations adopted by reference herein, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500 for each day on which such violation occurs. In addition thereto, such person may be enjoined from continuing such violations. The State's Attorney of DeWitt County shall prosecute all violations of the DeWitt County Food Service Sanitation Ordinance.
(B) Any permit holder that has penalty fines outstanding at the time of annual permit renewal is subject to non-renewal of said permit until all fine levied by the regulatory authority are settled.
