In the event of a disease outbreak, the regulatory authority shall request a cessation of operations until the regulatory authority has completed the investigation and determined that operations may continue. In the event that the operation is non-compliant with the investigative process, the regulatory authority may seek a court order for cessation of a home kitchen operation or food sales by a religious or charitable organization.
