§ 111.063 SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
   Failure to comply with the rules and regulations of this chapter and § 750.1600 of the Illinois Food Service Sanitation Code may result in permit suspension or revocation. Serious offenses may result in permanent exclusion of operations in the County of DeWitt, State of Illinois.
