The permit holder shall allow the regulatory authority, after proper identification, to enter the food service establishment at any reasonable time, for the purpose of conducting an inspection to determine compliance with this chapter. The permit holder shall allow the regulatory authority to examine the records of the permit holder to obtain information pertaining to food and supplies purchased, received or used, and person(s) employed.
