Permit for food service establishments, retail food stores, vending operations, seasonal food operations, and mobile food vendors shall be valid from the date of issuance until the expiration date written on the permit, unless suspended or revoked as provided herein. Prior to expiration of the permit, the permit holder shall submit all required paperwork and fees to the regulatory authority. If the permit holder fails to provide all required documents and fees, the regulatory authority shall temporarily suspend operations within the food service establishment. In such case, the permit holder must immediately surrender the suspended or invalid permit to the regulatory authority.
