§ 111.024 REVOCATION OF PERMITS.
   The regulatory may permanently revoke a permit for serious or repeated violations of this chapter, or for interference with the regulatory authority in the performance of its duties. The regulatory authority shall notify the permit holder of its intent to revoke the permit, stating the reason for the action and that the permit shall be revoked at the end of five business days following the service of the notice. Said revocation shall remain valid pending a hearing request submitted by the permit holder in writing to the regulatory authority within the five day period. The regulatory may suspend a permit pending the revocation of said permit or a hearing thereon.
