§ 111.001 RULES AND REGULATIONS GENERALLY.

   In addition to those provisions set forth herein, this chapter hereby adopts by reference the current and subsequent revisions of the following:

   (A)   Illinois Department of Public Health Food Service Sanitation Code, 77 Ill. Admin. Code 750;

   (B)   Food Handling Regulation Enforcement Act, ILCS Ch. 410, Act 620;

   (C)   Bed and Breakfast Act, ILCS Ch. 50, Act 820; and

   (D)   Food Code (2013) of the United States Public Health Service Food and Drug Administration.
