The Dewey-Humboldt Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan shall be adopted as follows.
(A) The Plan is hereby adopted as an official plan of the Town of Dewey-Humboldt.
(B) The Plan shall be implemented, monitored, and maintained by the officials and staff designated in the Plan for a period of five years with the support of the resolution codified herein.
(C) Future revisions and Plan maintenance actions required by the Disaster Mitigation Act of 2000 and FEMA are hereby adopted as part of the resolution codified herein for a period of five years from the date of the resolution codified herein.
