§ 32.01 INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENTS.
   (A)   In the course of the operations of an incorporated municipality it becomes necessary and appropriate from time to time to enter into agreements with other governmental entities, their agencies and departments, toward the provision and obtaining of certain services, materials and equipment.
   (B)   Through such agreements it is the intention of the parties to enhance efficiency, quality and the general availability of obtainable services while decreasing cost and duplication.
   (C)   Therefore, the Town Council hereby authorizes the entering into of such intergovernmental agreements as are approved by that Town Council and deemed necessary, beneficial and appropriate for the town, whether such agreements be with the agencies and departments of the federal government, state, county, or other incorporated municipalities.
