12-2-1: SUMMARY OF AUTHORITY:

The city decision making bodies and officials described in this chapter, without limitation upon such authority as each may possess by law, have responsibility for implementing and administering this title in the manner described in sections 12-2-2 through 12-2-5 of this chapter.
