A. Every owner of real property within the city shall be required to cut the grass in the parkway immediately adjacent to the front or side yard of said real property, as necessary, so that the grass on any such parkway does not exceed six inches (6") in height. (Ord. M-73-94, 11-21-1994)
B. Any person who neglects or refuses to comply with the provisions of this section shall be subject to a fine as provided in the general penalty in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense.
