1-4-1: GENERAL PENALTY:
Any person convicted of a violation of any section of this code, unless otherwise specified, shall be fined a sum not to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. The penalty provision of this section shall be automatically applicable to and included in any ordinance that amends, corrects or adds to any title, chapter or section of this code 1
