A. Whenever any vehicle shall have been parked in violation of any of the provisions of any ordinance prohibiting or restricting parking, the person in whose name that vehicle is registered shall be prima facie responsible for such violation and subject for the penalty therefor. Any person violating any of the provisions of this title shall be fined as provided in the general penalty in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. (Ord. M-13-95, 4-17-1995; amd. 2002 Code)
B. In the event that payment of a parking fine has not been made and is submitted to an agency for collection, the additional costs related to collection agency services shall also be assessed. (Ord. M-13-95, 4-17-1995)
