7-9-5: PENALTY:
It shall be unlawful to relocate or tow any vehicle restrained by an immobilizing device without the approval of the chief of police. The unauthorized removal of an immobilized vehicle shall be subject to a penalty as provided in the general penalty in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. M-46-96, 9-16-1996; amd. 2002 Code)
