With the exception of those provisions contained in subsections 4-7-3A and D and section 4-7-4 of this chapter, any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than the fine provided in the general penalty section 1-4-1 of this Code. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or in which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. M-19-13, 10-7-2013)
