A. Failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall result in a daily fine in the amount not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) and not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) per day. Each day of operation in violation of section 4-6-3 of this chapter shall constitute a separate and distinct violation.
B. The sale of firearms without a license as required by this chapter or at a location prohibited by this chapter is punishable by up to six (6) months imprisonment or a fine as provided in subsection A of this section, or both. Each sale in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate and distinct violation.
C. The city may seek an order to restrain violations or enjoining future operation of a firearms dealer operating in violation of this chapter or both. (Ord. M-19-13, 10-7-2013)
