4-6-6: PROHIBITIONS:
Except as provided in subsection 4-6-3C4 of this chapter, the sale of firearms within one-fourth (0.25) mile of the grounds of a school or public park is prohibited. Each sale in violation of this section shall constitute a separate and distinct violation. (Ord. M-19-13, 10-7-2013)
