The city health officer shall inspect or cause to be inspected as often as is deemed necessary the vehicle and operations of every food service vehicle operated in the city to determine whether all applicable provisions of this code are being complied with. Such inspections shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of section 4-2-5 of this title. (Ord. M-19-13, 10-7-2013)
