§ 6-336 DUTY OF PARENTS, GUARDIAN.
   It shall be unlawful for the parents, guardian or any person having the care, custody or control of any minor under the age of 18 years to permit such minor to loiter, wander, stroll, loaf, play or drive any automobile, or to ride in any automobile in or about any of the places specified in § 6-335 after the hour of 11:55 p.m., of any day, and until 5:00 a.m. of the following day, unless said minor is accompanied by the parent, guardian or other persons having the care, custody and control of said minor. Provided, that when a public activity or function that is commonly attended by minors under the age of 18 years terminates after 11:00 p.m., the curfew shall be extended one hour past such termination. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and punished in accordance with § 6-501
