§ 6-335 CURFEW.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any minor under the age of 18 years to loiter, wander, stroll, loaf, play or drive any automobile in or upon any of the streets, roads, alleys, parks or public places, or in any vehicle placed upon the streets in said city, or in any billiard or pool hall or other place of public amusement or recreation after the hour of 11:55 p.m. of any day until 5:00 a.m. of the following day unless accompanied by parent, guardian or other adult person having the care, custody or control of said minor, or if said minor is engaged in lawful employment; provided, that when a public or school activity or function that is commonly attended by minors under the age of 18 years terminates after 11:00 p.m., the curfew shall be extended one hour past such termination.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be penalized in accordance with § 6-501.
