For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
NON-CONFORMING STRUCTURE. Structure or land, or structure and land in combination, which was lawfully established in compliance with all applicable ordinances and laws, but which because of the application of a subsequent zoning ordinance, no longer conforms to the setback, height, maximum lot coverage, size, or other building development requirements of this chapter.
NON-CONFORMING USE. Use of structure or land, or structure and land in combination, which was lawfully established in compliance with all applicable ordinances and laws, but which, because of the application of a subsequent zoning ordinance, no longer conforms to the use requirements for the zoning district in which it is located.
