The purpose of this subchapter is to establish a policy and guidelines for the regulation of non-conforming uses and structures, it is further the purpose of this section to work towards bringing non-conforming uses and structures into compliance with this chapter, the Comprehensive Plan, and other applicable ordinances and regulations. However, existing non-conforming uses and structures may continue, subject to the limitations and restrictions contained in this subchapter.
