§ 11.22 DESIGNATION OF DISTRICT COURT; DESIGNATION OF DISTRICT COURT JUDGE; AMENDMENT OF INCONSISTENT PRIOR ORDINANCES AND INCORPORATION PROVISION.
   (A)   Any existing ordinance of the city or ordinance adopted hereafter which provides that the prosecution for violation of the subject ordinance shall be in the municipal court is hereby amended to provide that the prosecution shall be in the district court of the county.
   (B)   Any existing ordinance of the city or ordinance adopted hereafter which provides that prosecution of an ordinance violation is to be before the municipal judge be and is hereby amended to provide that the prosecution is to be before a district court judge.
   (C)   All ordinances of the city are hereby amended to the extent inconsistent herewith, and all ordinances adopted hereafter shall be deemed to incorporate the provisions hereof unless specifically stated therein to the contrary.
