§ 11.21 DISPOSITION OF FINE AND BAIL MONEY RECEIVED.

   In accordance with O.R.S. 221.315, all fines, costs, and forfeited bail collected by the district court shall be paid as follows:

   (A)   Fifty percent to the City Treasurer; and

   (B)   Prior to January 1, 1983, 50% to the County Treasurer; after January 1, 1983, 50% to the Department of Revenue to be deposited in the general fund available for general governmental expenses.
