§ 11.16 PROSECUTION OF ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS.
   Upon the complaint of any designated enforcement officer of a violation of an ordinance, the City Attorney or such attorney as designated by the City Attorney to prosecute, shall prosecute every case in which it appears that there has been a violation.
