If a defendant has submitted to the court a written statement as provided in § 11.11(B) of this chapter, it shall constitute a waiver of hearing and consent to judgment by the court declaring a forfeiture of all or any part of the bail as determined by the court on the basis of such statement of the enforcement officer or other witness which may be presented to the court.
