§ 11.10 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR A PARKING VIOLATION OR BOATING VIOLATION SUMMONS.

   A summons for a parking violation or boating violation is sufficient if it contains the following:

   (A)   The date, place, and nature of the charge;

   (B)   The date, time, and place for defendant’s appearance in court;

   (C)   The name of the enforcement officer issuing the summons;

   (D)   The license number of the vehicle or boat, as appropriate, and/or name of the defendant;

   (E)   Name of the court; and

   (F)   A copy of the complaint as set forth in § 11.05 of this chapter.
