(A) The City Council shall ascertain and determine the probable costs of the work, and the City Attorney’s fees and other costs in enforcing its order in accordance with § 151.30 of this subchapter, and shall assess the same against the property upon which the building is situated.
(B) The assessment shall be declared by resolution and it shall be entered in the docket of city liens, and shall thereupon become a lien against the property.
