The owner of any property which fails to comply with the City Council’s orders made in conformance with § 151.30 of this subchapter shall thereafter be liable for all costs incurred by the city, including attorneys’ fees, court costs, and costs of publication incurred by the city in enforcing its orders. In the event that suit or action is required in court, the owner shall additionally be required to pay the City Attorney’s fees and costs incurred therein.
