§ 151.27 INITIAL ACTION.

Whenever the Mayor, Street Commissioner, Fire Chief, or any City Councilor, shall find or be of the opinion that there is a dangerous building within the city, it shall be his or her duty to report the same to the City Council. Thereupon, the City Council shall, within a reasonable time, fix a time and place for a public hearing thereon.
