In order to facilitate administration of this Building Code in the city, it is found necessary to classify such areas in various fire zones. Therefore, it is hereby provided that in all areas of the city for the purpose of this code of ordinances, the Fire Zone shall be deemed to be Fire Zone No. 3, which is the least restrictive of the fire zones.
