Buildings of a temporary nature may be permitted if conditions of business warrant such construction. When the Building Official shall find this condition to exist, he or she may, in his or her discretion, grant a building permit, which permit shall be limited to 90 days with a possibility of renewal of an additional 90-day period. The fee for such permit shall be $5.
