§ 130.03 FIREWORKS.
   (A)   The discharging , or causing to be discharged, of any fireworks defined by O.R.S. 480.111 is prohibited within city limits.
   (B)   Division (A) above does not apply to a fireworks display issued a public display permit from the state fire marshal under O.R.S. 480.130 through 480.150 and has the City Council’s approval on the date and time of the event.
