(A) As a condition of any alarm system permit issued under the provisions of this chapter, the alarm user shall pay to the city, within ten days of invoice, fees for false alarms generated by the alarm user’s alarm system according to the following schedule:
(1) First two alarms during each calendar year: no charge;
(2) For each false alarm thereafter: $100 per false alarm; or
(3) The alarm user’s permit shall be subject to revocation in the event ten or more false alarms are generated within a calendar year.
(B) Violation of provisions of this chapter and any administrative rules or regulations issued pursuant to this chapter by the City Recorder or city law enforcement agency are punishable by revocation of the permit by the City Recorder, and any other pertinent statues, rules and remedies at law, whether common law or statutory law.
