§ 111.13 NONLIABILITY OF CITY.

Neither the city nor any official, agent, or employee thereof, including the communications center and its employees, shall be liable for any damage resulting from the malfunction or defective installation of any alarm system or any alarm monitoring service or conduct of any personnel of any alarm supplier or installer of alarm monitoring service as provided for in this chapter.
