§ 111.01 PURPOSE AND SCOPE.
   (A)   The purpose of this chapter is to protect emergency services of city from misuse associated with false alarms.
   (B)   This chapter governs fire, medical, burglar, and hazard-monitoring systems; requires permits, establishes fees, and provides for revocation of permits; and provides for enforcement of the provisions of this chapter.
