§ 95.089 PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR ISSUANCE OF PERMITS.

The Public Works Director or his or her designee may issue all permits provided for by this chapter. If the Public Works Director or his or her designee, in his or her discretion, determines that a permit is of more than routine significance, he or she may refer the permit to the City Council for final approval.
