§ 95.088 EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF PERMIT.
   (A)   Unless otherwise provided in the special provisions, a permit shall be in effect for an indefinite period of time.
   (B)   Failure of the applicant after notice by the Public Works Director or his or her designee to comply with the terms of a permit shall be sufficient cause for cancellation of a permit.
   (C)   The permit and the privileges granted and the obligations of the permit holder created thereby shall be binding upon the successors and assigns of the permit holder.
   (D)   Permit holders shall give the Public Works Director or his or her designee written notice of assignment or transfer.
   (E)   If the applicant fails to commence installation of the pole line, buried cable, pipe line, sign, or miscellaneous facility covered by the permit within 12 months from the date the permit is issued, the permit shall be null and void.
