(A) In addition to any other penalty or fine provided in this subchapter, any rollerskates, skateboards, or bicycles or other similar devices used to violate this subchapter by a person previously found to have violated this subchapter within a preceding one-year period of time shall be impounded by the city’s enforcement officer and held until released by order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
(B) In addition to any other fine or penalty, the court may order that any rollerskates, skateboards, or bicycles and the like used to violate this subchapter may be impounded and held by the city for a period not to exceed 90 days.
