§ 11.04 ISSUANCE OF WARNINGS.
   The appropriate enforcement officer may issue a warning notice of an alleged ordinance violation. If issued, such warning notice shall give a brief description of the violation alleged to exist, and shall be served upon the person, firm, corporation, or other legal entity accused of the offense. The warning notice shall further contain the name of the department to contact regarding the violation, the name of the person issuing the warning notice, the date the warning was issued, and a statement that failure to correct the alleged violation or to contact the appropriate department within a specified time may result in issuance of a citation to the district court.
