§ 95.031 WAIVER BY SUPERINTENDENT OF MUNICIPAL SERVICES.
   The requirements of this subchapter may be waived by the Superintendent of Municipal Services if, in his or her opinion, a culvert is not needed to provide drainage along the property line of the property in question.
