(A) In addition to the listed security deposits in § 95.003 of this subchapter, the following additional sums will be required to be deposited with the application before the issuance of any permits.

(B) For all trench widths exceeding three feet in width and exceeding 300 feet in length, before the street cut permit can be issued, it shall be first approved by the City Council in session. The above may be waived in case of an emergency which endangers the public health, safety, or sanitation.
