§ 94.27 PROPERTY MAINTENANCE.
   The owner and the occupant of any real property, improved or unimproved, shall remove and keep removed therefrom, all dead bushes, dead trees, stumps, junk, dead organic matter, garbage, rubbish, rat harborages, or stagnant water.
