§ 94.10 ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND COURT COSTS.
   In the event suit or action is required to enforce the Council’s orders, the owner(s) of the property shall be required to pay such sum as the court may adjudge reasonable as attorney fees to be allowed the city in said suit or action, and if an appeal is taken from any judgment or decree of the trial court, the owner(s) of the property shall further be required to pay such sum as the appellate court shall adjudge reasonable as attorneys’ fees upon such appeal. In all cases, the owner(s) of the property shall be required to pay in addition to attorneys’ fees, other costs and disbursements of the city incurred in the enforcement of this subchapter.
