§ 94.03 INITIAL ACTION.

Whenever the Mayor, Street Commissioner, Fire Chief, or any City Councilor shall be of the opinion that there is probable cause to believe that a nuisance as defined above exists within the city, it shall be his or her duty to report the same to the Council. Thereupon, the Council shall, within a reasonable time, fix a time and place for a public hearing thereon.
