The City Council authorizes the additional mandatory service of residential yard debris and compostable collection in accordance with the franchise agreement between the city and North Lincoln Sanitary Service. The requested rates increase for mandatory residential compostable collection service upon initiation of the program in March 2021 will be increased by $6.85 at the time that mandatory compostable collection service is initiated as part of those services.
