§ 51.32 RECORDS AND REPORTS.

   (A)   Records. The Water Department will initiate and maintain the following:

      (1)   Master files on customers’ cross-connection tests and/or inspections;

      (2)   Copies of lists and summarizes supplied to the Oregon Health Division;

      (3)   Initial listing of low hazard cross-connections; and

      (4)   Initial listing of high hazard cross-connections.

   (B)   Reports. The Water Department will submit the following to the Oregon Health Division: annual summary of cross-connection inspections to Oregon Health Division.
